Jones set for visit No. 2

North Dakota State College of Science defensive lineman Bobby Jones is set for his second official visit of the year as he nears his college choice.
“Bobby is going to Kansas State this weekend,” NDSCS assistant coach Mike Shafer said. “He is looking forward to it and is excited to see their program. He already has visited Michigan State and he came away impressed. He will go to Wisconsin the first weekend of December. I think that will probably be his last trip.

“I have a feeling that he may be favoring one school at this point, but am not sure which one it is. He has been kind of keeping things between his parents and himself, which is okay. He does ask our coaches for our advice on the entire recruiting process. He has been doing pretty good with the whole process.”
One new school has tried to make inroads at this point in the process for the December graduate.
“Bobby talked with Kansas the other night and they said that they have a scholarship for him. I don’t know if he will visit there or not. They are trying to find a time he can come visit. I’m not sure if he will be able to or not.”
