Jones recaps trip to Michigan

Ramsey (N.J.) Don Bosco Prep running back Tony Jones has received a lot of good news recently, mostly in the form of offers from Boston College and Michigan.
On Saturday the 5-foot-8, 178-pound running back attended Michigan's Big House BBQ event and he discussed how the trip went after returning home.

"I went there yesterday," he said. "It went good. I really liked it. The coaching staff is very good and the stadium looked very, very nice. So you know, I liked it.
"Basically they just showed us around. They showed us the academic center, which was very good. They showed us the weight room. Basically they showed us everything. They showed us where the freshmen take their classes, and that was it.
"We went out on the field and it was good. Plus, they showed us the locker room, too. It's gonna get redone by my freshman year going into college. That was very good. They have TV's in their locker room and their own personal lockers. The coach can send a message to them and they can see the message on the TV. I thought that was very nice."
Despite how well the trip went, Jones said he did not think about committing while in town.
"No, I didn't think about it. I just wanted to be there and see how everything is."
Jones said he does not have any other summer plans as of yet. He's still sitting on offers from Michigan and BC, and said he does not want to speculate on who else might be close to offering.
He also denied having any favorites.
