New Orleans (La.) Edna Karr tight end Anthony Jones has his share of options at this point in the process and he continues to keep an open mind.

He recently added offers from Louisiana-Lafayette and Western Kentucky to an offer list that already includes the likes of LSU, Arizona, Auburn, Mississippi State, and Baylor. As his senior season approaches he is not quite ready to claim any favorites, but he does have a few schools that have caught his attention.
"I don't have any favorites but I have a couple of schools I like a little bit. I'm really open to everybody," Jones said. "I like Texas, Louisville, Florida State, and LSU. They're recruiting me hard."
Each of the four schools above has offered with the exception of Texas. However, he did camp at Texas earlier this summer, and believes he did well. In addition to Texas he also camped at Louisiana-Lafayette, and as July approaches he only has one other camp on his schedule at this point.
"I might be attending the LSU camp in July hopefully," Jones said.
The standout tight end also hopes to take a few unofficial visits before the start of the season.
"I'm trying to make a trip to Louisville and Florida State again," Jones said.
When it comes to making a decision, he does have a plan. He has not quite narrowed his list yet, but he has hopes of trimming his list to one in the near future.
"I hope before the season," Jones said.
So what is he looking for in a future program?
"I'm looking for somewhere I feel at home, get a great education, and be happy and comfortable," Jones said.
Jones is currently a three-star tight end and ranked No. 22 in the Rivals.com Louisiana Spring Top 40.
