Johnson impressed by USC offense

Keyshawn Johnson, Jr., has already received a tremendous amount of recruiting attention as schools from across the country have offered.
The 2017 wide receiver bounced around a little bit before settling in at Calabasas, Calif., this season where he has helped his team to the second round of playoffs.

With his sophomore season still going on and it still being so early, Johnson is not really focused all that much on the recruiting process but he did get a chance last week to attend the Cal-USC game on Thursday night at the Coliseum.
He was definitely impressed by what he saw out of USC's offense.
"I thought they played terrific," Johnson said. "(Nelson) Agholor is crazy good and I love their offense."
He has the big-time name and Johnson has impressed a lot of coaches early on.
So far, the 2017 prospect has been offered by Arizona State, Cal, Clemson, Florida State, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami, Ohio State, San Diego State, SMU, Syracuse, Tennessee, UCLA, Wake Forest and West Virginia.
The Calabasas standout said there have been some preliminary conversations with USC but that the coaching staff has not brought up an offer yet.
"No, not really," Johnson said.
There has been some talk that Johnson and fellow 2017 standout Darnay Holmes from Newbury Park, Calif., could visit Clemson for its regular-season finale against South Carolina on Nov. 29.
Johnson took a bunch of unofficial visits this past off-season where he landed some of his biggest offers. He remains wide open in his recruitment.
