Johnson hearing from big teams

Keyshawn Johnson Jr. already liked Ohio State a bunch and after the Buckeyes won the national championship they look even better early in his recruitment.
The 2017 wide receiver from Calabasas, Calif., said this past weekend that he wants to visit Columbus again and since he's close with Ohio State WR Michael Thomas he has a good understanding of the program already.

"It's a big thing," Johnson said of Ohio State winning the title. "You know at Ohio State you're going to be coached up well. Now that they won the national championship they have more exposure. I'm looking forward to visiting again and seeing what's going on."
Johnson has already been offered by Arizona State, California, Clemson, Florida State, Kansas State, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami, Ohio State, San Diego State, SMU, Syracuse, Tennessee, UCLA, Wake Forest and West Virginia so his recruitment has been really busy.
Miami coach Al Golden stopped by his school last week and Johnson has gotten the feeling the Hurricanes are highly interested now as well. Ole Miss has also reached out and a visit to Oxford this spring looks like a strong possibility.
"Miami came to the school a couple weeks ago and I've been hearing from Ole Miss," Johnson said.
"I talked to Al Golden and they're just saying how they're going to be here in the spring and nothing else more than that."
Team 19, a 7on7 squad which is run by Johnson's father, is planning a trip to SEC country this spring with stops at Ole Miss, Mississippi State and other schools. Now that the Rebels are involved in his recruitment, Johnson is excited about seeing the place in a few months.
"I can't wait to get out to Ole Miss," Johnson said. "The SEC is the best in college football so it will be great to experience that school, maybe go to the SEC and see what I'm going to do."
