Jett is ready to jet to D-I

Alpharetta (Ga.) The Lovett School has become home to college recruiters in the month of May. And one prospect that the colleges are taking a close look at is cornerback prospect Kyle Jett.
Jett, who is 5-foot-10 and 175 pounds, rushed for 1,235 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior. He also tore it up on defense with 42 solo stops, 15 assists and five sacks. It’s that type of versatility that makes him one to watch this upcoming recruiting season.

“Speed is a big asset,” Jett, who has been clocked at 4.45 seconds in the 40-yard dash, said. “I’m also very aggressive.”
Aggressive enough to early May attention from Wake Forest, Vanderbilt, Furman and Colorado. Jett plans attending summer camp at Colorado.
Jett said when it comes time to make a decision several things will stand out.
“I want a school with high academic standards,” Jett said. “I want that and a school with an excellent athletic program.”
All of the schools on his early list fit that description for sure.
