Jeske draws his third offer

Joliet Catholic Academy inside linebacker prospect Chris Jeske (6-foot-1, 215 pounds) has added his third scholarship offer.

"I have an offer from UCLA," Chris Jeske said. "The UCLA coaches called my head coach (Dan Sharp) last week and said thatb they were going to offer me, then I received the paperwork in the mail on Friday."

The Bruins now join Northwestern and Wisconsin to make an early scholarship offer to Jeske. So was Jeske expecting the offer from the Bruins? "It was a surprise no question. I'm really thrilled to be attracting interest and offers from the Pac-10 and especially getting an offer from UCLA. I honestly don't know alot about them, I know that they are running an attack-style defense and that definitely fits my style of play. I'm going to check out what UCLA has to offer."

So will Chris Jeske be making any spring practices or game over his spring break? "I'm going away with my family on a mini-vacation, but if we get back in time I might check out the spring game at Notre Dame, and I might check out a spring practice at Illinois if time allows."
