Jersey WR hoping for more offers

One of the top wide receivers in the Northeast has more than a dozen offers, but he is waiting for others to come soon.
JJ Bedle of Keyport, N.J. is having a great senior year as expected, but the 5-foot-10, 180-pound blue chipper is still waiting on a few other offers before he makes his decision.

"I have seven offers right now and Virginia Tech, Michigan State and Colorado have been calling me a lot and I just sent tape out to them."
So far this season Keyport is sporting an impressive 7-0 record and JJ is a big reason for the success. With 32 catches for 520 yards and six touchdowns, he leads the Jersey Shore Conference in receptions and total yards. He's doing this on a team that only throws the ball an average on 10 times a game.
Bedle is also a terrific kick returner, averaging 32 yards-per-kickoff-return and has two punt returns for touchdowns of 62 and 65 yards. He also returned an interception 75 yards for a score.
For now JJ is listing Syracuse (offer), Rutgers (offer), Indiana (offer), Michigan State, Colorado, Virginia Tech and Boston College as his favorites.
"I would really like to commit soon, but I'm waiting on a few things. If some of the schools I'm interested in don’t offer soon, I'll take them off my list. I think I’ve proven myself on the field over the past two years and at the different combines that I went to."
One combine he is referring to is the Nike Camp this past April where he ran a 4.31-second 40-yard dash. Besides his blistering speed, JJ has an unbelievable 42-inch vertical jump. He's hoping to take some official visits before deciding.
"I would like to begin to set up my visits as soon a possible so I'm hoping to get a few more offers before I do. I have a lot of schools calling and coming to my school plus tapes are going out. I'll see how the next few weeks go before I start setting up my visits."
