Jersey RB to camp at PSU, Michigan

Last season Deptford Township High Schoolin New Jersey had one of the top two-way stars in the state as Mike Green (Virginia Tech) dominated opponents. This season the man to keep an eye on at Deptford is also a two-way star -- Dajaune Collins. The running back and strong safety put up some impressive numbers last season and college recruiters are well aware of his talents.
"Right now I'm hearing a lot from many schools, but the ones I'm most interested right now are Florida, Penn State, Michigan, Virginia Tech and Tennessee. That could all change but they are the schools I've liked for a long time."

For his junior season, Collins rushed for 1,071-yards on 128 carries within average of 8.37 yards-per-carry while scoring nine touchdowns. From his strong safety position he had 80 total tackles with one sack, seven tackles for a loss, two hurries, two interceptions and eight pass breakups.
He was selected to the all-tri county team, all-county, all-south jersey and second team group III all-state team.
Collins will camp this summer at Michigan and Penn State and possibly a few others.
At 5-foot-11, 185-pounds and with a 4.6-second 40-yard dash, Collins could play numerous positions at the next level.
"I prefer running back, but I'll play wherever I'm needed."
While he is an excellent football player, Dajaune is also a superb wrestler. He currently has a record of 21-4 and last year as a junior, he won the district title while finishing 25-6.
