Jersey RB taking things slow

Running back Jason Hendricks continues to hold two offers. The Jersey City (N.J.) Hudson Catholic prospect is taking recruiting slow as he begins his senior season.
"I've got offers from Temple and Eastern Michigan," he stated. "I am getting more looks from other schools, Cincinnati, Duke, Illinois, Maryland, Pittsburgh and Syracuse are in touch. I'm also hearing from Akron.

"I think they are waiting on my senior tape."
Does the two-star prospect like any colleges at this time?
"I like Temple," he said. "They are showing me the most interest. I think I can make a difference on that team.
"Mostly, I'm looking for a good education."
Hendricks and Hudson Catholic opened the season with a loss.
"It was a rough start," he said. "I did ok on offense since our line is a little shaky, I felt I did real well defensively.
"I'm reacting more and thinking less and that's helping me play better. I think my coverage is much better. That's where most colleges are looking at me as a safety."
