Running back Taj Morris from Hightstown (N.J.) The Peddie School has returned from his visit to North Carolina and was impressed with what he saw. He was there to participate at summer camp, but an injured hamstring kept him out of the drills.
"I really liked UNC, it was very nice.” Said the 5-foot-11, 180-pound tailback. “I don't have an offer from them yet, but they are in my top four or five schools."
Morris, who rushed for more than 1,400 yards and 17 touchdowns as a junior, has offers from Rutgers, Boston College and Iowa and is being recruited heavily by North Carolina, Virginia, Pitt and Syracuse.”
"I like all of the schools that offered and I'll be going to Rutgers and BC for camps," he said. “I’m trying to narrow things down a bit. I like the schools that have offered and North Carolina the best so far.”
