Jersey RB impressed with first official visit

"I got back today," Red Bank (N.J.) Catholic running back Donald Brown said late Wednesday night when asked about his official visit to Wisconsin. "It went good. Everybody was real informatitive.
"I had a good time. I like their winning tradition. They're known for making good backs into great backs. I liked the whole atmosphere. I saw everything."

But that doesn't mean Brown is ready to announce a commitment to the Badgers.
"I'm going to take at least two more visits," Brown said. "I have Iowa Dec. 10. And I'm going to set up a date with Connecticut. And I might take more.
"Right now I can't say who is my favorite. I need to see Iowa again. I need to see Connecticut once more."
Wisconsin, Iowa, and Connecticut have offered Brown a scholarship. Brown also has a scholarship offer from Tennessee and says he is interested in the Vol's as well.
The 5-foot-11 and 190 pound Brown is the No. 20 prospect in the state of New Jersey in the Rivals.com player rankings. He has led his team to five wins in seven games by rushing for 1614 yards and 21 touchdowns this season.
