Jersey LB gets first offer

At 6-foot-3 and 255 solid pounds, New Jersey linebacker Vinny Stetsko of Toms River (N.J.) South has watched his stock rise over the past month. Rutgers and Virginia have been in to see him recently Florida Atlantic pulled the trigger with an offer.
"It's nice to get an offer because it takes some pressure off. I'm hoping this is just the beginning of things to come."

Besides Florida Atlantic, Rutgers and Virginia, Stetsko is also interested in Virginia Tech, Boston College, Syracuse and Ohio State.
"I'm might be going to camp at BC, Rutgers and Virginia. I just need to work a few things out and then decide."
One thing that college recruiters can be excited about when it comes to Stetsko is his size and ability to play a few different positions. He has the frame to be a defensive lineman at the next level and with his 4.7-second 40-yard dash speed, fullback is not out of the question as well.
"A few schools mentioned that I could play on the defensive line because I'm fast and strong. It really doesn't matter to me what position I play, I just want to be on the field."
As a junior, Stetsko made 145 tackles with two sacks.
