Jersey LB earns offers

It took a while, but New Jersey linebacker James Tindall of South Orange (N.J.) St. Peter's has his offers. The 6-foot-3, 220-pound linebacker was told by Iowa, Wisconsin and Buffalo that he has an offer to play at their respective schools for the 2004 season.
"The offers came last week and I'm real excited about them. I plan on scheduling visits sometime next week because all three schools are coming to see me."

Tindall helped lead St. Peter's to a 10-1 record while recording 64 solo tackles and 14 sacks. For his excellent season he was awarded the Hudson County Defensive Player of the Year and first team all-county linebacker honors. He also made second team all-county as a receiver with seven touchdowns and 17 receptions.
Does Tindall have a favorite?
“Well, I really like Iowa and Wisconsin right now. Minnesota has been showing a lot of interest over the past few weeks and may offer soon. If they offer they would be up there as well.”
Some other schools that Tindall has an interest in are Connecticut, Maryland and Virginia.
“Those six are my favorites now. I’ll see how things go the rest of the week and then start setting up my visits.”
Tindall is a full qualifier with an 820 SAT and a 3.0 GPA.
