Jersey DB up to six offers

Safety Dontae Johnson was sitting in a pretty good position a couple of weeks ago with four offers from schools he likes a lot.
Now the 6-foot-3, 180-pound defensive back from Pennington Prep in New Jersey has two more offers to choose from, as a couple of new schools recently threw their hats into the mix.

"I have received offers from UVa and the University of Minnesota," he said. "UVa is a great program and is well-known for their academics. I don't know that much about Minnesota yet."
On Saturday Johnson was at Virginia for a Junior Day, so he had the opportunity to see one of those schools first-hand.
"It was great to get on campus and look around. The thing that stood out to me the most was the great history of UVa and how it's one of the top public schools for academics in the country."
Johnson went on to say he is planning on visiting NC State, UConn and Duke in the near future.
While Johnson is not ready to make a decision he has consistently maintained that Michigan State is the top of his list.
