Jersey DB ready for OSU

Safety Malcolm Griggs is currently sitting on an offer from Akron, and he is taking a serious look at the Mid-American Conference school.
Not surprisingly, though, he's focused on an upcoming trip to Ohio State. Griggs will be in Columbus over the weekend and is hoping to catch the eye of the OSU coaches while he's in town.

"I'm looking forward to it," Griggs said in a recent interview. "It should be a good time."
The 6-foot-2, 183-pound safety from Piscataway, N.J., recently attended camps at a couple of other schools. How did they go?
"I've been to Pittsburgh and Cincinnati," he recalled.
"Pitt went well. It was nice. It wasn't anything in particular or anything. They just have a nice campus and I liked the coaches. Cincinnati has been talking pretty good. I'm gonna call the coaches to see what they think."
Griggs said he spoke with the coaches from Pitt but the subject of an offer has not come up yet.
He said he saw the Akron coaches present at the camp that was held at Pitt. He has not spoken to them recently but said his father has a number to reach them at.
Griggs also said he does not have any favorites at the moment. After he visits Ohio State he isn't exactly sure what he wants to do.
"That's pretty much it for now. I don't really have a time frame for anything. I just want to take my time with it all."
