Jersey DB Has Four Set

One of the best athletes in the state of New Jersey has set up four of his five visits. Defensive back Jamil Tyson of Camden (N.J.) Woodrow Wilson, the South Jersey Group III state champs, only has only one visit yet to set.
Jamil is scheduled to visit Kent State this weekend, West Virginia Jan. 11, Marshall Jan. 18 and Pittsburgh on Jan. 26. He has offers from all four and at this time he has no favorite.

"I'm not sure who my last visit will be with,” said the 6-foot, 175-pounder. “I have offers from Virginia Tech, North Carolina and Rutgers but I'm really thinking about Wisconsin for my last."
Jamil is being recruited mostly as a cornerback but his stats for the past season indicate that he could play quarterback for the right program at the next level as well. Jamil threw for 20 touchdowns and 1,300 yards running for 10 more and 550 yards rushing. On the defensive side of the ball he registered 45 solo tackles along with 7 interceptions.
