Jerrion Ealy de-commits from Ole Miss, will sign February 6

The buzz started over a month ago that Jerrion Ealy may be on the verge of de-committing from Ole Miss. It was a hot topic last week at the Under Armour All-America game and it has now happened.

Ealy said, "I would like to thank Coach Matt Luke and the rest of his staff for providing me with the opportunity to further my academic and athletic careers. I have thought about this for a while and it wasn't an easy decision to make, but with God, my family and my coaches, I would like to announce that I have de-committed from the University of Mississippi."

Clemson will receive an official visit this weekend and Ealy was at Mississippi State for his visit in December.

Ealy mentioned last week too that he may not sign until the MLB Draft in June due to his first round grade, but in his tweet, he confirmed that he will sign a letter of intent February 6.

He was the MVP of the Under Armour All-American game last week.
