Jeremy Benjamin, three-star linebacker from McArthur High School in Hollywood, Fla., knows three official visits. He reports the latest with his recruitment.
"I took an unofficial visit to FIU a few weeks ago," said Benjamin. "I plan on going back there in the fall for an official visit. I know I will take visits to FIU, West Virginia and Wake Forest. I may visit Tennessee and Kentucky. It's just hard to narrow it down.
"The schools recruiting me the hardest are Wake Forest, FIU, West Virginia, Minnesota and Memphis. Those schools are coming at me pretty hard. I would say my favorites are West Virginia, FIU and Wake Forest."

Benjamin discussed his recent visit to FIU.
"The visit was good," he said. "I was just there for an unofficial visit. I met with all the coaches. It was a good experience. That's why I want to take a visit back in the fall.
"I believe they are moving into a new conference. That's something I am considering when I look at FIU. They are up-and-coming. They are going to be a really good school if they continue to recruit well. The coaching staff they have right now is really good."
Benjamin also talked about his interest in West Virginia.
"I don't really know too much about them," he explained. "They are at the top of my list because of the relationship I have with coach Gillespie. They are a defensive school. It fits perfect for me. I have not been up there yet. I plan on taking an official visit there in the fall."
Wake Forest is in hot pursuit and hope to land the Sunshine State prospect.
"They have a good staff," Benjamin said. "They do a real good job recruiting. I have a good relationship with the coaches. They are recruiting me really hard. It shows they want me to be a part of the program."
Benjamin will take official visits to FIU, Wake Forest and West Virginia before making his decision. He will also consider his final two visits.
