Jefferson choosing ACC

One of the top receivers in North Carolina is back from a visit to Clemson and will have a decision sometime Monday or Tuesday. Who will he pick?
"I had a great time at Clemson," said Chris Jefferson, one of Rivals100.com's Top 10 players in the state of North Carolina. "All of the recruits were really impressed.

"We got a chance to go up to the top of the hill like the players do before they run down on gameday. We were on the big screen and everything. It was really nice. We toured the school and checked out the dorms and what life is like for athletes and students. I spent a lot of time with C.J. Gaddis and he's a Clemson verbal commitment and future quarterback so that was cool."
Jefferson said he will have his decision on Monday or Tuesday. Who will he choose between?
"It will be either Clemson or Wake Forest," said the 6-foot-2, 170-pound receiver from Morganton (N.C.) Freedom. "Clemson probably has a slight lead right now, but that's all I want to say right now."
However, Jefferson might have tipped his hand by his next comments.
"I like how I would fit in (at Clemson). "They want me to redshirt a year probably and then there would be a lot of playing time available. Then maybe I will get a chance to become a big option in the offense."
However, the Wake Forest coaches are coming into school on Monday to see Jefferson.
"I can tell you this much, as of Friday he was Wakre Forest bound," said Freedom head coach Tim McMahon. "Now I think he's going to Clemson so he must have had one great visit there. But the Wake coaches are coming in today, so who knows?"
