JC offensive guard lining up trips

Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College offensive guard Ryan Lilja is finished with his season and has had a busy couple of weeks.

"The phone rings all the time," Lilja said. "I've set up two trips already and I just earned Second Team All-Jayhawk Conference honors."

"I'm still planning on going to Kansas on Dec. 7 and then Houston on Dec. 14. I have an offer from Kansas and Houston says probably I'll get an offer on my visit. I want to get up to K-State too for a trip. I don't want to limit myself to in-state schools because I want to be fair to myself, but I really like both Kansas State and Kansas."
