JC DE chooses Big 12 school

Valley Forge (Pa.) Military College defensive end Kevin Huntley has made his decision about where to play his college football.
"Kevin committed to K-State over the holidays," Valley Forge head coach Jim Burner said. "He visited there the weekend of Dec. 14. He even called them again to reaffirm his commitment yesterday."

Huntley is a 6-foot-6, 255-pound rush end prospect. "He is a pass rusher. That is what he does. That is his specialty. He is an outside rusher. And he's extremely quick."
The Washington, D.C. native recorded 10.5 sacks as a sophomore this season after having seven as a freshman during the 2000 season, his first at the school.
Other schools that had recruited Huntley included Tennessee, Michigan State, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, Temple and Kentucky.
"He visited Temple and Kentucky before his visit to K-State. Most of the schools recruiting him had offered him scholarships."
