Fresh off of his official visit to Washington State this past weekend, Kenny Jamesof Dos Palos, Calif. is starting to receive more recruiting attention.
That will happen to players when they average more than 200 yards a game rushing the football.

James, through eight games this fall, has rushed for 1,748 yards and 25 touchdowns.
“Tennessee and Oregon just started calling me a couple of weeks ago,” James said. “I think I’m going to take a visit to both of those places. The Tennessee coach is supposed to call me back tomorrow and tell me a good day to visit.”
James already has yet another visit set – that’s to Washington on Dec. 14.
Arizona is the only other team in the picture, because Fresno State is “too close to home.”
The Cougars made quite a first impression on James during his first official visit.
“They played hard and with a lot of intensity. I liked that. After seeing them play this weekend, I’d say they’re my favorites right now. I’m not committed or anything, but I was really impressed with what I saw.”
The 5-foot-11, 206-pound senior with 4.4-second 40-yard dash speed says he has scholarship offers from Wazzu, Arizona and Fresno State thus far.
