James fails to make Big Ten official visit
Chicago (Ill.) Morgan Park wide receiver Chris James, despite his May commitment to Illinois, had been scheduled to make an official visit to Michigan State this weekend.
"I didn't go to Michigan State," James said. "My coach scheduled a practice.

"I don't know if I'll reschedule the visit. I don't know if I'll visit anyone else. I want to stay true to my commitment to Illinois.
"I'll visit Illinois sometime in December so I can help them recruit."
The 6-foot-0 and 177-pound James has caught 31 passes for 545 yards and 10 touchdowns as Morgan Park has won five of six games.
