Jackson offers his new coach an explosive talent to build the offense around.
“I’ve heard (new) Coach (Shawn) Jackson say that I have the potential to be the best running back in the state of Missouri this season. I know there are a lot of talented guys from all over this year. So for him to make that comment, that makes me feel like he has some confidence in me.”
Jackson is getting plenty of mail, but so far none of the envelopes has included a scholarship offer.
“Nobody has offered yet. But I do know it is early on still. Iowa sends me the most stuff right now. Then Missouri, Kansas and Kansas State are there too with quite a bit of stuff to me. Arkansas and Illinois are also sending me stuff, just not as frequent as the others.”
