Now Jackson has picked up his seventh offer from ASU just last night (May 12th).
“I am very happy with the Sun Devil offer,” Jackson said. “They are in my top three from schools in Pac-10 with USC and Cal.”
Jackson is still very open however and is still waiting to hear from a few schools.
Jackson had a sensational junior season that saw him selected, first-team all-state underclass, first-team Long Beach Telegram Dream Team and first-team all-CIF after hauling in 43 passes for 850 yards and 11 touchdowns. He's also a member of the pre-season Rivals.com All-America team.
Baseball will also be in the cards for Jackson as he is one of the best two-sport stars in the state. He currently hitting about .385 and has around 21 stolen bases. He plays center field for the Jackrabbits and he has drawn the attention of major league scouts.
Jackson could very easily get drafted for his skills on the diamond in the spring of 2005.
