Jackson enjoys visit to Oklahoma

We caught up with Long Beach Poly (Calif.) wide out Desean Jackson and the Lakewood (Calif.) linebacker duo of Adrian McCovey and Luthur Brown while the trio was in the Dallas airport getting to ready to fly home from their visit to Oklahoma.
"It was a cool trip, a lot different than I expected," Jackson said. "Adrian Peterson and Mark Clayton were my host, two All-Americans right there, that's tough to beat. They showed me a lot of love on the visit and I felt comfortable with all the player and coaches.

"Friday and Saturday night we went out with our hosts and they showed us a pretty good time. They have some good looking girls in Oklahoma that's for sure. We watched the team practice a little and they definitely have some players on that team. It's going to be a great game when they play USC in the Orange Bowl and I don't know who is going to win that game.
"The distance isn't a factor for me either, I'm just going to pick where I feel the best place for me is. No one has been eliminated yet but right now, if I had to name a leader, it would still be between USC and Cal but Oklahoma did move up my list and I'm seriously considering them. They have a lot to offer and really no negatives. It's just that USC and Cal have been on me for so long and I'm so familiar with all the coaches there already."
Jackson said he would like to squeeze in one more visit- USC or Florida, before announcing at the Army All-American game January 15.
