Jackson down to three schools

Columbus (Ohio) Brookhaven offensive lineman Mark Jackson has been saying Ohio State, Minnesota, and Michigan are his top three choices. Unless something changes, Jackson's decision will come down to one of the three. Jackson has scholarship offers from the Gophers and Wolverines.
"Minnesota will be my first official visit," Jackson said. "That will be when they play Ohio State Oct. 29. That's the only one I have scheduled at the moment.

"It's Minnesota, Ohio State, and Michigan. Right now that's pretty much it.
"I'm going to some games. I'll go to Minnesota and Michigan. I'm going to the Ohio State-Texas game. That's two for sure right now."
Jackson was asked what he likes about each school.
"I like Minnesota's coaching staff," he said. "I like Mitch Browning and Glenn Mason.
"I like Jim Tressel. He's a good coach to play for. I'd like to play in the Horseshoe.
"I like the atmosphere at Michigan. Lloyd Carr is a good coach."
The 6-foot-6 and 300-pound Jackson was outstanding from his center position during his junior season as Brookhaven went 15-0 including a state championship. Jackson is the No. 17 prospect in the state of Ohio in the Rivals.com player rankings.
