Jackson creates action

Unheralded, but talented defensive back/wide receiver Titus Jackson (6-0, 185, 4.46) from Pomona (Calif.) Diamond Ranch is playing at a high level. After a sluggish 0-1-1 start, Diamond Ranch has rebounded and has rolled off five straight victories. Jackson’s play is one of the reasons for the turnaround.
Diamond Ranch’s lone loss came at the hands of Anaheim (Calif.) Servite in a nail biter 36-34. The tie was against West Covina, Calif., another solid football team in 2004.

From his safety position Jackson creates action. He leads Diamond Ranch in tackles with 63. He also has accounted for one interception and one fumble recovery.
As a wide receiver Jackson has 20 receptions for 310 yards and two touchdowns.
One of the reasons that Jackson is somewhat of an unknown is because Diamond Ranch didn’t have a very good season ending up 3-7.
This season it’s a different story. Jackson has received calls from Oregon, Arizona, Stanford, Cal, San Diego State, Utah, Wyoming and Boise State.
Another reason why colleges like Jackson, he gets the job done in the classroom, too. He carries a 4.2 GPA and has scored a 1070 SAT and 25 ACT.
