Ivy adding offers, talks leader

Muskogee (Okla.) three-star defensive end Tramal Ivy has been busy this summer. He has not been hitting college camps or visiting many college campuses, but he has been traveling.
The 6-foot-4, 215-pound defender has been hitting the road with his AAU program and the schedule has been pretty packed this summer.

"I have a team called the Outlaws," Ivy said. "We've been to Memphis. We go to Springfield next week. We go to Oklahoma City, and Ennis, Texas the week after that."
He does make sure to get his football work outs in, and is quick to point out he plays basketball to help him on the football field.
"I just play to get me in shape for football basically," Ivy said.
On the football front he has not attended any college camps this summer, but he has picked up offers from Memphis, Kansas State, and Northern Colorado. Out of his offers Kansas State has jumped to the forefront as "one of the top schools I was looking for." However, the school currently at the top of his list is Oklahoma State.
"I don't know… I just went to a few games and their fanbase is crazy," Ivy said of the Pokes. "When I went there I just kind of felt at home."
Ivy's most recent trip to Stillwater was this summer for an unofficial visit.
"It was pretty cool," Ivy said. "I really just liked the indoor practice facility they're building."
Based on the interest Ivy has received from the Cowboys he thinks they could be close to an offer, but at this point they are evaluating his transcript.
Along with the Cowboys, Ivy is receiving significant interest from UTSA and Missouri, and when it comes to making a decision he is not in any hurry at this point.
"It will probably be way later, it won't be anytime soon," Ivy said
He currently does not have any summer visits on the schedule but would like to visit Oklahoma and Kansas State if the opportunity arises.
