Its official - Riggs is done
According to coach Tom Weathers, football coach at Chattanooga (Tenn.) Red Bank, running back Gerald Riggs Jr., has made up his mind.
“It is my understanding that we are going to have some type of announcement here around noon,” said Weathers. “It is Tennessee.”

Ranked as the second best tailback in the nation by Rivals100.com, Riggs, Jr. has been considered the top propsect on Tennessee's list for quite some time.
His commitment is sure to spark celebrations that should rumble through Rocky Top all the way to signing day.
Riggs, Jr. has already officially visited LSU and picks the Vols over the Tigers, Michigan, and Nebraska.
