Wheaton (Ill.) Warrensville South's Anthony Moeaki is one of the top prospects in the state of Illinois and one of the Midwest's finest tight ends. The 6-foot-4 and 250 pounder caught 23 passes for over 400 yards during his junior season. Moeaki scored three times.
One would expect one of the Midwest's finest tight ends to have a number of scholarship offers, and that is certainly the case with Moeaki.
"I think it's 19 offers I have now," Moeaki said. "Iowa, Illinois, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Purdue, Tennessee, Penn State, Michigan State, Nebraska, LSU, those are some of them."
"I don't really have a favorite as of now. I'm going to try and figure that out over the summer."
"I'm going to try and go to Tennessee, Nebraska, and LSU this summer. I'm going to try and get out to USC. And Michigan State too. And I want to see if Oklahoma offers."
