It's a cat fight for four-star DB Khari Gee

And then there were two.

College Park (Ga.) Woodward Academy four-star safety Khari Gee has well over two dozen offers, but he has turned his focus to Clemson and LSU.

"I feel these are the best two fits for me," said Gee. "I like the culture at each school, the coaches are great and I just like the fit.

"The schools are different for sure, but the culture at each fits me. Clemson is more spiritual and LSU is more flashy. Both are great and I like both schools a lot."

The 6-foot-3, 190 pounder has visited each of his finalists once and he is likely to commit to one before he takes another visits.

"I am getting closer for sure. I would want to take another visit to each school if things open back up, but I am definitely going to be committing before the season.

"I am just going to keep building on the relationships I have with the coaches and continue to talk with each school right now. I am not sure when I will make my decision, but it will be before the season.

"I just know I am now focused on these two schools."

Schools like Georgia and Oregon have been eliminated, and Gee is likely to end up a Tiger in Louisiana or South Carolina.

He likes the success rate on the field at each school and he sees a chance to compete for playing time at both places.

"LSU's history of putting defensive backs in the NFL really stands out and Clemson's style of play really makes them appealing to me," said Gee. "I like the coaches at each school, my visits to both went great and now I just have to keep working to see which one is the best for me."
