Isom will camp at Miami

Destrehan (La.) dual-threat quarterback Donovan Isom has a big camp at Miami later this month and he s still trying to set the rest of his schedule.
The nation's No. 22 dual-threat quarterback has had some momentum lately and said this week that Utah, Miami, Mississippi State and Alabama are the schools that are recruiting him the hardest.

"I'll be at Miami on June 21st for their camp but I'm going to be doing most of [his unofficial visits] next month," Isom explained.
Contact with the Hurricanes has been limited, but there has been enough for him to make travel plans to south Florida for the camp.
"I haven't really talked to them lately. The most recent I talked to [Miami] was probably two weeks ago," he said. "I'm just going to go out there and work out and see how I do."
While Miami is obviously a preferred option, Isom said he still does not have any favorites and classifies himself as "wide open" to schools that might come along. He picked up an offer from Utah last week, so there is evidence recruiting is still on the uptick.
Isom said he will try to visit Alabama, Mississippi State and "some of the smaller schools in the area" next month.
