Isaiah Cook: Back From SDSU

Claremont (Calif.) linebacker Isaiah Cook visited San Diego State this past weekend and said it’s going to be tough to make a decision with just one more visit left to take.
“Colorado State and Kansas State were my other two visits and I liked all three pretty equally,” Cook said. “All three were similar in that they all play an attacking style of defense, I get along really well with the players and coaches at each and all three have told me I could play by red-shirt year.

“San Diego State was cool because it was the most like home. The weather is nice and the people are what I’m used to. I like their linebacker coach, Andy Buh and I think it’s a program that can turn the corner and be real good in a couple of years. I’m going to visit Oregon State (Jan. 9) and then that will be it.
“The one big difference that helps out Oregon State is I’ve always wanted to play in the Pac 10. I think it’s a great conference and along with Kansas State, they’re a part of the BCS and can play in the big Bowl games at the end of the year which is another thing I’ve always dreamed about.”
