Is Wood done with visits

Poway (Calif.) defensive lineman Nick Wood took his fourth official visit of the year this past weekend to Washington. The tackle said he's now nearing the part in his recruitment where he'll begin to figure out where the best place for him will be and at this time, everyone is still in it.
Wood, 6-3, 275 pounds has previously visited Boston College, Colorado, and Arizona State. The lineman said the visit to Washington ranks right up there at the top.

"I had a great overall trip," Wood said. "All the trips are similar in that you do a lot of the same things. There is always a campus tour, you talk to the academic people, tour the facilities and have some one on one time with the coaches.
"I think the thing that really stood out to me was just hanging out with the guys on the team. I really got along well with the freshmen and those guys really made the trip special for me.
"Cameron Elisara was my host and he's a great guy. I talked with Jake Locker a lot too and I already know what a great player he is because I've seen his highlight tapes. All of those guys are just so excited about the direction of the program and really believe the school is headed in the right place.
"The team has struggled the last few weeks, ever since (Isaiah) Stanback got hurt they haven't won. That's not really a big factor for me though. I'm looking long term and I really believe Washington is going to be good over the next few years.
"Right now, I'm going to start trying to narrow things down a bit but it's so hard. Honestly, I love all four of the schools I visited and could see myself at any of the four. They all had things about them that stood out so that's why it's so hard for me to figure out how I'm going to do this.
"Boston College has a great team and is very strong academically. I had a blast at Colorado and got along well with all the players and ASU is going to be very good and you're starting to see them turn things around now.
"One thing I won't do is try and make my decision on paper. I know some people kind of weight the pros and cons of each school but for me, I don't think you can do that. It's probably going to come down to where I felt the most comfortable and where I see myself fitting in the best. I may even try and take a 5th trip. I haven't heard from Wake Forest, North Carolina State or Vanderbilt in awhile so I may call them and see if they still have a spot for me.
"If not, then I'll just try and decide from my four schools. It could be any time between this week and the middle of December. Ideally, I would like to have the decision done by the first weekend of December. That way I can just focus on my wrestling season and not have to worry about recruiting any more."
