Is two-way standout a commit

Sleeper offensive lineman/defensive lineman Zeke Wili (6-5, 310, 5.02) from Orem, Utah, has given his verbal commitment but does that mean he isn't interested in hearing from other schools?
"Zeke has made a verbal commitment to BYU," Orem coach Robert Steele said. "But he is still entertaining thoughts of other schools."

"Utah and Arizona State are showing a lot of interest in Zeke," Steele said. "He may end up taking visits."
"Zeke wants to play defense on the next level," Steele said. "But he can play either."
"We play him at a lot of different places," Steele said. "On defense we play him at defensive end, defensive tackle and middle linebacker."
"Zeke moves extremely well for a guy his size," Steele said. "He's as big as a house and moves like a linebacker."
Wili played in Samoa a year ago and was the Samoan Islands defensive player of the year. He has a lot of upsize and if he stays with his Cougar commitment then BYU will have landed a very raw but very talented football player.
So far in six games Wili has racked up 27 tackles and two sacks in 2005.
In an earlier interview with Steele he had the following thing to say about his talented two-way player.
"Zeke is scary," Steele said. "I wouldn't want to step in front of him."
Wili currently benches 315-pounds.
