Is Texas RB near a decision

Port Arthur (Texas) Memorial running back Jamaal Charles continues to receive attention from colleges across the country, but is the four-star rated running back close to making a decision?
“I keep getting more and more offers,” the 6-foot1, 185-pound Charles said. “Kansas State just offered me last week. They are the most recent team to offer. I don’t know how many offers that makes officially.”

Any new offers might not make much of a difference as Charles continues to favor one school.
“I am still high on Texas,” he said. “I have grown up watching them and being right here in this state, you know all about them. I’m familiar with their program and I really like the coaches there.”
Charles has not set a date for his decision, but he admits it could happen soon.
“I don’t know for sure when I will be committing. I am looking at Texas and at Miami the most right now. Texas has offered and Miami hasn’t right now. I’m probably going to commit before too long, but I haven’t picked a day out or anything.”
During his junior season, Charles rushed for 2,051 yards and 27 touchdowns while earning first-team honors in the Greater-Houston area.
