Is Texas OL still ACC bound

Burnet, Texas, offensive lineman Eddy Parker gave an oral commitment to Georgia Tech recently after making an unofficial visit to the campus in July.
The decision was based on a number of things, but mainly the education that the Yellow Jackets offer.

“It’s just a beautiful campus and I liked the atmosphere,” Parker, who is 6-foot-5 and 281 pounds, said. “The education is great.”
Parker chose Georgia Tech over SMU, TCU and Arkansas.
He received a phone call from Georgia Tech’s defensive backs coach Curtis Modkins on Sunday. He also set up an official visit for the weekend of October 4.
“Coach Modkins called to talk to me about my game last week and talked to me about theirs,” Parker said. “He talked a lot about the game day atmosphere.”
Parker is rated as a two-star prospect by Rivals100.com.
