Is Oklahoma FB done

Midwest City (Okla.) Carl Albert fullback J.D. Runnels says he's still committed to Texas A&M, but now he's starting to think again about giving the in-state schools a good look.
Especially now that both OU and OSU indicated officially today that they are very serious about recruiting him.

"It was a neat day," Runnels said. "I had both coach Gundys there to talk to me and see more film.
"Coach Gundy from OSU likes me on defense and thinks I would be a good fit there. And then coach Gundy from OU said they want me at fullback.
"He asked me if they offered what would I do. I told him that I'm committed to A&M still, but would have to give them a long look since they are in-state and win all the time."
Runnels said the same thing about OSU, too.
"They beat OU," Runnels said. "They look to be on the rise."
But at this point, neither OU nor OSU has offered him scholarships. Both coaches that visited with Runnels today said they needed to go back and evaluate film a little more in-depth before they can officially lay down offers.
So for now he does remain committed to A&M and the fact that the Aggies have been with him since the beginning might mean a lot - even if OU or OSU do decide to offer.
"I know A&M and they have been with me since the beginning," Runnels said. "I'll have that in my mind always if OU and OSU offer me."
