Is McNaul narrowing down his list

Eden Prairie, Minn., linebacker Bryce McNaul has a number of scholarship offers on the table. However that doesn't mean McNaul is anywhere close to narrowing down his list.
"I have four offers," McNaul said. "Northwestern, Colorado State, Iowa State, and Miami of Ohio. I'm absolutely looking at all of them.

"Basically I'm wide open. I'm looking at about 50 colleges. I'm looking all over the place."
McNaul started his college visits last year.
"I went to Ohio State for one of their bowl practices," he said. "And I went to their football camp last summer."
In addition to Ohio State, the 6-foot-3 and 235-pound McNaul has visited a number of other schools.
"I've gone to spring practices at Minnesota and Wisconsin," he said. "I've been to junior days at Wisconsin, Notre Dame, Iowa State, Northwestern, and Iowa.
"I have spring practice invites from basically everyone. I'll hit some more. I'm working on a schedule."
McNaul says it will likely be awhile before he selects a college.
"Obviously the schools that have offered are at the top of my list," he said. "But I'm wide open. I'm still gathering information."
McNaul, who lived in Wisconsin before moving to Minnesota prior to his sophomore year, made 143 tackles including seven sacks during his junior season. He had 24 tackles for losses and intercepted three passes.
