Is McCray closing in on a choice

A month ago Norfolk (Va.) Lake Taylor linebacker Boogie McCray picked up an offer from the ACC. What is the latest on the 6-foot-2, 190-pounder since then, are more schools coming in?
"I'm not really hearing from anyone else, I just have the NC State offer," he stated. "I might commit to them. I could probably make my decision sometime soon."

Asked how soon, McCray wasn't sure.
Clearly the Wolfpack are standing out. He went on to discuss what he likes about North Carolina State.
"I went to the ECU game and have toured around the school before," he said. "I like their swagger. They don't give up and play hard. I like their facilities and their strength and conditioning coach.
"I'm also cool with Coach Keith Willis. He's just more of a laid back type of guy. If he wants something he's going to get it."
McCray has no plans to head back to Raleigh in the near future, but did mention there is a possibility if he can work it around the playoffs.
In the meantime, the two-star prospect is busy helping Lake Taylor to a perfect regular season.
"We're 9-0 and play Norview on Friday," he said. "I think our team has better chemistry this year. We know each other and there is better leadership.
"I feel like I'm playing the best football I've played in high school. I do my best to score. I know I have 1,153-yards rushing and 17 total touchdowns. I also had eight sacks through six games, I haven't checked those statistics recently."
