Is it decision time yet for Dallas quarterback

It was thought that a commitment was just days away for Dallas (Texas) Skyline quarterback Anthony Norice but the dual-threat sleeper has added another offer and another page to the story.
UTEP was considered the leader with their offer in hand for the 6-foot, 172-pound Norice, but now Baylor has sent their offer out which could make things interesting.

"I got that offer about three weeks ago," Norice said. "I like it a lot. It seems like a nice school. UTEP is probably gong to be the place, but I'm not committed just yet. I've got to take my SAT again, so I just need to get that up."
Wyoming is also a school that seems interested, but Norice doesn't think any other offers will come before he gets that score needed on his SAT.
The Miners are definitely still in the leader position.
"It's a great place for me I think," he said. "Also, the location is great being right there in the state and not as far from home."
