Is he or isnt he Mincey talks about FSU

Is he or isn’t he? That’s the million dollar question with Folkston (Ga.) Charlton County four-star strongside defensive end Justin Mincey. Reports have been ranging all over the gambit here the last 48 hours on whether or not the 6-foot-5, 240-pounder had made a commitment to Florida State.
One Internet site reported that Mincey committed but he later said he was about 90 percent committed, and Warchant.com reported earlier that he was leaning heavily toward FSU but had yet to make an official commitment.

So what’s the verdict Justin?
“I’m leaning that way, toward making a commitment to Florida State,” said Mincey, who is ranked as the No. 4 strongside defensive end and the No. 62 player in the nation.
When asked about other people reporting that he had made a commitment and if that was true, Mincey said “not really.”
“I have no idea whether or not I’m going to take any other visits,” he said. “I’m trying to get ready for my team first. I’m not worried about anything else lately.”
Mincey is not done with his senior season yet. This weekend Charlton County will face off against Laney in the state semifinals in the Georgia Dome. Last year his team fell one game short of the state title so he is hungry to go out on top this time around.
So he’s not committed, right?
“Not really,” he said.
Rivals.com will continue to follow this story as it develops, but what is apparently clear is that Mincey definitely has the Noles high on his list and could be on the verge of making a commitment. Now everybody will have to wait and see if he’s going to take visits to LSU, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Miami or any of the other programs chasing after him.
