Is Gwaltney still committed to WVU

Long Island (N.Y.) North Babylon running back Jason Gwaltney remains committed to West Virginia. At least for now. But the two schools in the best position to change Gwaltney's mind at this point are Ohio State and USC.
At one time Gwaltney had scheduled an official visit to Pitt.

"I didn't go to Pitt because I had a game," Gwaltney said. "I'm not sure if I'll visit there. It will either be Pitt or Michigan State.
"I still have Ohio State Dec. 3, Nebraska Dec. 10, and USC Dec. 17. I have West Virginia Jan. 7.
"I'd say I'm between a solid and an open commitment to West Virginia. West Virginia is my school unless someone else shows me something that interests me."
And what school has the best chance to unseat West Virginia?
"USC and Ohio State I'd say," Gwaltney said.
The 6-foot-0 and 234 pound Gwaltney rushed for 2601 yards and scored 45 times during his junior season. Gwaltney is the No. 8 running back prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 3 prospect in the state of New York.
Going into his senior season he had gained 5112 yards with 90 touchdowns. In five games this year he has 1227 yards and 18 touchdowns, averaging nine yards per carry.
