Is Denson still committed
Miami (Fla.) Central athlete Courtney Denson took an unofficial visit to SEC country this past weekend. Is he still committed to Virginia Tech?
"Yes, I'm still committed," said the 6-foot-1, 185-pounder who is being recruited as a quarterback by all of his favorites. There had been a report that he was no longer committed after his most recent visit to Auburn this past weekend.

"It was just a visit. I liked it and all, but I'm still committed to Tech. I just said that if schools won't let me visit if I'm committed, then put me down as not committed. It was a misunderstanding I guess. I'm still committed and taking trips."
Next up for Denson is Rutgers this weekend (Jan. 17) and South Florida on Jan. 24.
"Tech doesn't have much to worry about I don't think," he said. "So far I haven't seen anything better and I doubt these last two situations will be better. But that's why I'm taking the trips, you never know."
