Is decision looming for Bryant

Richardson (Texas) Berkner defensive tackle Trey Bryant earned some frequent flier miles this weekend. Did the traveling push the standout any closer to a decision?
“I went to BYU and to Houston over the weekend,” the 6-foot-2, 308-pound Bryant said. “I had a great time at both places. It made everything a little bit harder.

“At BYU the facilities are great. They’ve got a great locker room and the weight room is fabulous. I got to meet and talk with all the coaches when I was there, too. At Houston, they have a great indoor practice facility that can be changed to fit other needs if that is what is needed. Everything there was good too.”
So, is Bryant any closer to announcing his college choice?
“When I went, I was favoring BYU,” he said. “I thought I would be ready to choose, but I’m not. My mom wants to see BYU and Baylor. So, we’re going to line up the trips so she can go see them this fall. I’ll visit BYU, Baylor and Houston this fall and then try and make my decision after talking it all over.”
