Is Colvin on the verge of BCS offers

Morristown, N.J. quarterback Michael Colvin holds a couple MAC offers. The 6-foot-3, 215-pounder is getting interest from a number of BCS schools that may be on the verge of offering.
"Pittsburgh is speaking to me the most. I'm very interested in Pitt," he stated. "A few other schools are coming in like Illinois, NC State and Boston College. I'm keeping my options open.

"All of these schools are very interested after seeing my junior tape. They want to see senior tape. They like my transcript and GPA."
Colvin hasn't set up an unofficial visits yet, but he is looking into it.
"I'd love to get up to Pittsburgh vs. West Virginia that would be awesome," he said. "I'd like to visit Connecticut too. Their coaches have been great."
Currently Colvin holds offers from Akron and Buffalo.
At this time, one school appears to stand out from the group.
"Pittsburgh would be a great place to go," he said. "They are telling me I'm their No. 1 guy this far in the season and they haven't really offered many players. They have been honest with me. I'm hoping for an offer.
"What sold me on Pittsburgh was the coaching staff and their rise in the Big East."
Colvin opens the season on September 13th.
