Is Boss nearing a decision

Cherryvale, Kan. offensive guard Matt Boss has visited his top two choices this spring and has now entered decision making mode. Or has he?

"I know Matt has been to both Oklahoma and Kansas State for camps," Cherryvale coach Jon Guidie said. "Those two are at the top of his list of schools."
So has the 6-foot-5, 298-pound Boss come to a decision?
"If Matt has made a decision, I sure haven't heard it. And by now, I would have. News travels fast in this town."
Boss, one of the nation's top offensive linemen, is a member of The Rivals 100 and also the No. 2 rated player in the state of Kansas. Schools across the country are seeking his talents.
"We had schools like Arkansas and Kentucky try and get in on him because of their closeness or ties to the state. And there were others involved earlier too. But, it is down to Oklahoma or Kansas State."
Guidie believes Boss could draw the decision out through the fall.
"I would not be surprised at all if Matt waited until after our season was over this fall to take a couple of trips to make sure he is choosing the right place."
