Wide receiver Terry Love has made official visits to both Wisconsin and Michigan State. With Bobby Williams firing are the Spartans still in the running?
"I'm still looking at Michigan State," Love said. "But I have to keep a closer eye on them now. One of their assistant coaches called today. They don't know who the coach is going to be."

"My next visit is Illinois December 6."
"And I'm looking at Notre Dame and Kansas."
"I don't have a favorite. I'd say Wisconsin, Michigan State, and Illinois are about the same."
Maywood (Ill.) Proviso East finished the season 3-6, but the 6-foot-0 and 170 pound Love still had a fine season. He caught 41 passes, scored 13 times, and averaged 27 yards a catch.
